Sports: What type of bond are they ?
Ionic , Covalent , Metallic

Basketball:

Feildhockey:
Covalent, because it's the force and attraction between the ball and the stick.

Track:
Ionic because you need force for sprinting , (you push off the starting blocks with force).

1. My buddies and i do not feel bound to the energy level of one atom in particular, so we can swim freely throughout the substance.
Type of bond:Metallic
Characteristics:

  • There's a transfer of electrons.
  • Two or more nonmetals are involved.
  • A metal reacts with a non metal.

2. I might change sides at the start, but once i end up on one side or tother i stick to my decision.
Type of bond:Ionic
Characteristics:

  • Theres an attraction of positive ions and free moviing electrons.
  • A metal reacts with a non-metal
  • Compounnds have a crystal-lattice structure

3.I do not feel partial to either of the atoms in my bond. to be fair, the other bonding electron and i divide our time between the bonded atoms.
Type of bond:Covalent
Charactertics:

  • there's an attraction between nuclei and shared electrons.
  • Substances are good of electric current

Unbalanced Equation :
reactants (Yields) Products
CaCl2 + NaHCO3 ---->CO2+Nacl+Ca(oH)2
Balanced Equation :
CaCl2 + 2NaHCO3 -----> 2CO2 + 2 Nacl + Ca(oH)2
